How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please navigate to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EAT. Tickets submitted outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Can I update my ticket after submitting it?

Yes, you can add replies to your ticket from the "My Tickets" section by clicking on your ticket and using the reply box at the bottom of the details view. This will add an update visible to our support team.

What categories should I choose for my ticket?

Choose "Billing" for payment or invoice related issues, "Technical" for software or service functionality problems, "General" for inquiries not fitting other categories, and "Other" if none of the above apply.
